Our Quality

In the garage door product system, research and development is the foundation of quality. We have formed a professional R&D team, closely focusing on user demands and industry trends, and integrating mechanical engineering with intelligent technology to develop products that are both durable and convenient. From the selection of high-strength galvanized steel plates, aviation-grade aluminum materials and other raw materials, to the optimization of the door structure to enhance wind and pressure resistance, and then to the integration of intelligent sensing and remote control functions, each link has undergone repeated simulation tests and iterative optimizations to ensure that the product can adapt to different climatic conditions and usage scenarios.

Performance testing

This includes the accuracy of door body splicing, the strength of hardware accessories, the wind pressure resistance of the panel (in compliance with local meteorological standards), as well as tests for thermal insulation and sound insulation performance.

Environmental testing

Conduct high and low temperature (-30℃ to 60℃), humidity cycling and switch life (≥ 100,000 times) tests on the motor control system to verify the stability of hardware components.

Safety inspection

Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the motor control system, including functions such as switches, anti-rebound, emergency stop, anti-hand pinching, and manual start upon power failure, to ensure compliance with national safety standards. All products must be certified by the national quality supervision department before leaving the factory.

Factory inspection

Comprehensive inspection of the product's appearance, function and performance is carried out to prevent substandard products from entering the market.
