This week, we’ll discuss the third part of the key features of industrial automatic lift doors: robust construction, wind resistance, and durability.
1. High-Strength Door Panels: The door panels feature built-in reinforcing ribs and thickened steel plates, with wind resistance up to Beaufort Scale 10–12, making them resistant to deformation and vibration in coastal and open-air industrial areas; the modular panel design provides superior impact resistance compared to standard roll-up doors.
2. Balanced and Stable System: Equipped as standard with a heavy-duty torsion spring balancing system, which reduces motor load and ensures smooth, effortless opening and closing; steel cables, thickened galvanized tracks, and stainless steel hardware provide rust and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for humid, dusty, and chemical plant environments.
3. Long Service Life: Under normal operating conditions, the doors can last for more than 10 years; they require minimal maintenance and are resistant to jamming and damage.
