This week, we’ll discuss the second part of the key features of industrial automatic overhead doors: thermal insulation, sealing, energy efficiency, and environmental protection.
1. Insulated Door Panel Structure: Double-layered galvanized color-coated steel panels filled with high-density polyurethane foam (40–50 mm) in the middle. With a low thermal conductivity coefficient, they provide excellent thermal insulation and cold protection, making them ideal for cold chain facilities, temperature-controlled workshops, and food/pharmaceutical production facilities, significantly reducing energy consumption for air conditioning and heating.
2. All-Around Sealing Design: A rubber air cushion at the bottom of the door, side brushes, and a top seal strip ensure minimal gaps at the joints, providing protection against dust, wind, and insects while blocking the flow of hot and cold air to reduce energy loss.
3. Sound Insulation and Noise Reduction: The foam layer blocks production noise, making it suitable for precision machining and quiet workshops.
