The material frame is made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy (with a wall thickness of 2.0-3.0mm), and the glass is 5+5mm double-layer insulating tempered glass (Low-E coating can be optionally equipped to effectively block ultraviolet rays and heat). This helps customers preview the plan intuitively, quickly confirm their requirements, and significantly shorten the communication cycle in the early stage.
Installation Guidance
01. Preparation
Confirm that the opening and panel dimensions of the combined garage door are accurate and error-free. Check that the tracks, hinges, springs, motors and other accessories are complete. Prepare installation tools such as electric drills, wrenches and levels. Clean the garage installation area to ensure that the ground is flat and free of obstacles.
02. Install the track
First, fix the vertical tracks on both sides. Use a level to calibrate the verticality and then tighten the screws. Install the horizontal tracks again to ensure smooth connection with the vertical tracks. The entire track should be level and the spacing should meet the size requirements of the door body.
03. Assemble the door body
Assemble the insulated garage door panels in sequence, install hinges and connecting parts, and ensure that the door panels are tightly connected and rotate flexibly. Sealing strips are installed at the bottom of the door panel to enhance the overall sealing performance.
04. Installation of springs and hardware
Select the balance spring according to the weight of the door body, calibrate the verticality, fix the spring bracket, install the main beam shaft and the wire rope wheel, assemble the spring and adjust its tension (operate with caution to prevent spring rebound and cause injury). Install the rollers, steel wire ropes and other hardware components to ensure that the steel wire ropes are wound evenly and run smoothly.
05. Install the motor
Fix the motor at an appropriate position on the top of the garage, adjust the connection between the motor chain and the door body, connect the power supply, test the forward and reverse rotation status of the motor, and set the limit switch simultaneously to prevent the door body from operating beyond the limit.
06. Debugging and inspection
Test the garage door's lifting and lowering operation manually or remotely, observing whether the operation is smooth and without abnormal noise, and checking for track misalignment. Thoroughly check that all screws and connectors are tight, and that the spring tension is appropriate, ensuring that the door's opening, stopping, and locking functions are normal.
